We only offer Christian, faith-based therapy. We believe that Jesus Christ is the ultimate healer. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM CHRISTIAN COUNSELING

What is faith-based counseling?
Faith-based counseling or Christian counseling uses the gospel to inform traditional counseling methods. This results in practical counseling that takes into account Christian beliefs, values, and lessons from the Word of God.
What are the benefits of faith-based counseling?
Faith-based counseling helps you navigate your mental health and the difficulties in your life while simultaneously turning to God for hope, wisdom, and strength. It helps you cope with your unique trials and tribulations with traditional counseling methods that are informed by the bible. It strengthens your relationship with God, and at the same time, it strengthens you and equips you with the tools you need to heal.
What should you expect from the sessions?

Our initial session is informal and focused on getting to know each other so that we can better work together. In this first session, we go through your intake paperwork and establish treatment goals and priorities before deciding on which treatment methodology fits best with you.

After our initial appointment, the sessions will use the chosen method and the bible to walk you through healing. Each session ends with prayer.

It’s important to remember that the best outcomes from therapy are achieved when you put in the work that we ask of you. This means applying the techniques that you learn in therapy and completing the homework assignments.

How much do your sessions cost?
